Job Description Are you ready to lead industrial crane installations across Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia? Konecranes is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of Industrial Equipment and Service projects, including bridge and jib cranes, monorails, hoists, retrofits, and smart crane missions. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Manage full lifecycle of crane installations – from start-up to commissioning and handover. Site Coordination: Lead site operations, attend kick-off meetings, coordinate materials, mobile cranes, platforms, and ensure alignment with project plans and safety standards. Team Leadership: Supervise technicians and subcontractors, conduct site audits, and ensure performance and compliance. Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE protocols and conduct risk assessments. Customer Interface: Communicate proactively with clients, resolve issues, and manage claims. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site records, progress reports, and incident logs. Support claim handling and EQU responsibilities. Flexibility: Support installation tasks directly when workload allows. Qualifications 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications Technical education in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial crane installation or similar heavy equipment projects. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and flexibility. Familiarity with smart crane technologies and retrofit/modernisation processes. Fluent in English; Croatian native speaker. Willingness to travel across Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia.
