• Handle scheduling, work assignments, and on-site problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, logistics, or workforce management.
• Ability to handle on-demand workforce deployment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with port, marine, or oil & gas operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed.
