This role is accountable for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of installation, commissioning, and logistical operations. Acting as the senior authority on-site, you will ensure flawless execution aligned with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations. Responsibilities: Provide governance and leadership across multidisciplinary site teams. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and compliance frameworks. Coordinate strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution. Act as the primary point of contact for client site leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain robust reporting processes. Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and resolution of technical issues. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent knowledge of EHS standards and quality management systems. Ability to manage complex projects and resolve technical challenges. Effective communication and decision-making capabilities. Education / Licenses / Certifications: Trade Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
