Site Manager (m/f/d) Facility Management

For our clients, leading providers in the facility management and building technology sector, active and successful in all metropolitan areas of Germany, we are seeking a full-time Site Manager (m/f/d) for Technical Facility Management in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

This position is to be filled through a recruitment agency. No temporary work.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the implementation of maintenance and inspection work
• Professional leadership of the team on site
• Monitoring of statutory inspection deadlines and requirements, as well as warranty, defect and damage management.
• The timely rectification of all defects that arise and their release to the customer/if applicable, the authorities.
• Calculation and preparation of offers for standard and project services

This will convince you

• Ideally, a university degree (or equivalent) in engineering, facility management, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Alternatively: successful completion of a master craftsman/woman qualification or state-certified technician qualification in the fields of electrical engineering, HVAC, building services engineering or refrigeration technology.
• Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of building operations and operator responsibility
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Very good German skills
