Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Managing the running of numerous survey projects from planning stage through to delivery of data to the end client.
  • Ensuring excellent safety, standards and quality are maintained throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Being client focused, showing excellent understanding of the scope of works and managing expectations.
  • Maintaining excellent communication between all departments of the internal survey team and wider business units.
  • To act as an asset/service protection advisor at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • To have a critical and active role in managing the Permit-to-Dig process and training operatives within that environment.
  • To prepare end-user survey reports containing information, conclusions and recommendations.
  • To contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities.
  • To train, support, mentor and guide survey teams, share knowledge and coach other team members in order to support improvements in team’s performance.
  • To take a lead role in the ongoing development and management of the Permit-to-Dig process, including training, mentoring and supporting operatives outside the Survey team.
  • To keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards, including specific processes and requirements for aviation clients, and ensuring their application throughout the business.
