About Us: Mat’s Group Limited is a well-established construction company with over 60 years of combined experience. We specialize in residential, commercial, and heritage projects, delivering quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Our current project is a 7-storey new-build in Hounslow, now more than 70% completed.
This is our primary site for hiring, but you will also be introduced to other ongoing projects across our portfolio.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the site environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications preferred.

• Supervise and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are adhered to and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
• Prepare reports on site performance, including productivity, safety incidents, and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive team environment by providing support, guidance, and training to staff as needed.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
