Ralley Ltd are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-track Cat-A office reinstatement project in Keynsham, Bristol. The scheme involves reinstating office accommodation following water damage, with works including ceilings, raised access floors, partitioning, joinery repairs, full redecoration, and M&E upgrades.
This role is best suited to someone who can operate almost at Project Manager level — taking full ownership of site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme delivery, and representing the business with consultants and the client team.

• Full day-to-day management of the site, trades, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all works meet health & safety, CDM, and Building Regulations requirements.
• Maintaining programme progress and issuing weekly reports.
• Chairing subcontractor and consultant meetings on site.
• Driving quality standards and managing inspections through to completion.
• Overseeing snagging and ensuring a smooth handover process.
