ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continual growth, Planet Plumbing NSW are seeking to recruit multiple suitably experienced Site Managers to join our high performing team.
Based in Sydney you will be working closely with our site teams and will be the main point of contact to resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions. We are looking for Site Managers in to look after sites in the North Shore area, CBD area, as well as Western Sydney area, close to the new airport. This role will see you working closely with our Project Managers, Estimators, Site Staff and Senior Management to deliver projects to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Qualified in plumbing drainage and gas fitting
• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 project experience
• Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management of a multi-disciplinary team in a construction environment
• Ability to maintain and control onsite activities
• Diligent in WHS and Q/A guidelines and regulations
• Experienced in Cost Control and Budgeting
• Proficient computer skills and industry specific software
• Efficient time management and productivity output
• Confidence to identify and mitigate potential problems
• Ability to work either independently or as part of a group to achieve required outcomes
