Your new role

Your new role

• Manage a production center with more than 200 employees on a highly professional and efficient basis.
• Plan and control daily operations at the production center to achieve top-quality vehicles and optimal production capacity while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Scale production capacities from scratch to the desired maximum capacity so that we can keep pace with our growth.
• Build our local partner network, maintain and improve cooperation
• Coordinate goals and resources directly with the Berlin HQ and be responsible for the implementation of processes on site – including building strong teams through targeted onboarding and training.
• Implement concrete measures to improve performance and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement in our local teams.

Your skills

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or a production or manufacturing environment
• Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain management or a similar subject area
• Excellent leadership skills and sound experience in managing and leading a large team (at least 80 people, directly and indirectly)
• Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or demonstrable success in a leadership position during a ramp-up is advantageous.
• Proven success in process optimization and efficiency improvement, ideally through the use of production, logistics, or shop floor operations.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
