SITE MANAGER - REFURB- FREELANCE

Currently partnered with a key client who need a Site Manager to lead on a refurb project in the Edinburgh region.
This is an opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a fast-paced scheme, with the potential for ongoing work from a strong pipeline of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Experience on a Industrial project previously
• Valid CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong organisational, leadership, and client-facing skills

• Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, and produce regular reports
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain quality standards and manage snagging through to completion
