Pay Rate: £240.00 - £280.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

Our client is seeking a Site Manager for a large, ongoing commercial renovation project in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in managing complex commercial refurbishments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SMSTS certification - must have
• Proven experience in commercial renovation projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
• Competent in site documentation and health & safety compliance

• Manage site documentation, permits, and compliance
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inductions and monitor health & safety
