Due to the award of several new contracts, we are searching for a Site Manager to help us deliver Social Housing Decarbonisation Retrofit for Social Housing providers throughout the North West. As the lead for these projects, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to assist in the procurement, material take off and programme management of the site from start to completion. Health and safety is our number one priority and so you will work closely with our in-house Health and Safety team to ensure the site is safe and compliant. You will have experience of working on Retrofit housing projects & knowledge of PAS 2035.
