We are seeking an experienced & skilled Site Manager to join our team working on our Commercial fit-out projects. This is a hands-on role for a confident, proactive, & experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments. Commitment to commute to various sites will be required.

We are a team of industry leaders, specialising in the execution of commercial, retail, hospitality & residential projects to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective site logistics throughout the project.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, while also being able to work autonomously.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Health & Safety Plan.
  • Manage the flow and distribution of construction information.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
  • Oversee direct labour on site and maintain accurate daily records.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Licences required:

  • UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle.
  • Experience in a similar role / Construction preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects.
  • Qualification in Construction Management (or working towards one).
  • Valid First Aid certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to commute as projects are in various locations across the UK.
