The Site Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient project delivery. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, personnel, subcontractors, materials, budget oversight, safety compliance, program delivery and client interaction. The Site Manager is a key leadership position that ensures work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the standards required by RM Watson and the contract. The role is a primary site contact for client, consultant and subcontractor queries. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA * Trade qualification in carpentry or related building trade * Minimum 10 years’ construction experience, ideally remedial or structural * Demonstrated experience supervising $3M+ projects * Strong knowledge of building codes, remedial methods and industry standards * Proven leadership experience managing site teams and subcontractors * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, programme and scopes * Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills * Able to work independently with a solutions-focus * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability * Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Computer literacy including, Outlook, Word and Excel * Current Driver’s Licence * Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) * First aid qualification  * Working at Heights DESIRABLE CRITERIA * Experience with SignOnSite or similiar * Demonstrated experience using Procore or similar * Remedial experience highly advantageous Next Steps We are looking for a capable Project Manager who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and enjoys working in complex environments.
