About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of construction activities across your assigned projects. You'll coordinate site operations, lead subcontractors and site teams, oversee programme delivery, maintain quality standards, manage safety compliance and build strong relationships with clients and consultants. This is a leadership role that requires sound judgement, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to delivering successful project outcomes.   What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of: * Managing all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion. * Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. * Delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget. * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality assurance. * Planning and coordinating labour, materials and equipment. * Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery. * Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. * Maintaining accurate site records and documentation using Procore and other project systems. * Driving a positive safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and compliance activities. * Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve successful commercial and operational outcomes. You'll Thrive in This Role If You Enjoy * Leading from the front and setting high standards. * Building strong relationships with clients and  project teams. * Planning ahead and keeping projects running  smoothly. * Solving problems and making informed decisions on  site. * Developing and supporting high-performing site teams. * Taking ownership and pride in delivering quality outcomes.   About You We're looking for someone who brings: * A trade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade. * Extensive experience managing commercial construction sites. * Experience delivering projects valued at $3 million or more. * Strong knowledge of remedial construction, building codes and industry standards. * Proven experience leading site teams and subcontractors. * Excellent client relationship and communication skills. * Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities. * Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software. * Current Driver Licence. * Current White Card. * First Aid qualification. * Working at Heights qualification.    Highly Regarded * Experience in commercial remedial construction. * Experience using Procore or similar construction management software. * Experience using SignOnSite or similar site management platforms. * Experience in contract management client and subcontracting, * Proficient in Planning software and commination platforms, * Proven team leader and mentor.
