OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations in occupied houses at our construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry mainly in occupied domestic dwellings.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining attention to detail.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm, Freelance
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
