Site Manager (m/f/d) wanted – Bautzen

SACHSEN-SÄGE GmbH specializes in systematic demolition. Using state-of-the-art diamond cutting technology, we perform precise drilling and sawing work on construction, demolition, and renovation projects – at three locations in Saxony and throughout Germany. Your tasks:

• Work preparation including site visits
• Instruct colleagues and monitor work processes
• Solving technical problems
• Maintaining machines and tools and carrying out minor repairs
• Creating and calculating offers
• Organization and coordination of construction sites
• Review any rework and ensure that services are completed properly.
• Check measurements and prepare for invoicing
• Think ahead and react flexibly when it matters.
• Technical leadership of a team of 5 fitters
• Customer contact and advice
• Support with quote preparation and cost calculation

What we expect from you:

• Reliability and independent work
• Driving licence class B
• Several years of professional experience on construction sites, ideally as a foreman or site supervisor
