We are currently seeking a Site Manager to support operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a full-time, OCONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA). What You’ll Do As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, system availability, and regulatory compliance that serve U.S. government missions overseas. You will: Performs Advanced logistics and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain Authority to Operate, operational availability, and equipment standards. Travels to support Operations and Maintenance at other sites in area of responsibility. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficient in English, verbal and written Spanish speaking required Network background Certifications: IAT Level II Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance. Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies Preferred (Nice to Have): Smartsheet experience Hands-on electronics experience System flow understanding Ability to read systems schematics Travel & Passport Both CONUS and OCONUS may be required; some overnight stays possible. Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements. Work Environment Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil. Office setting: Primarily an office-based role in San Jose, Costa Rica Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
