BACKGROUND:

SHCL offer a permanent management role for an experienced carpenter who can manage new build projects professionally and achieve finishes to the highest standards.

You will lead an established site team and be responsible for the management and delivery of residential new build and refurbishment projects from commencement through to completion.

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 5 years management experience in residential renovation and new build construction
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage site personnel and subcontractors
• Competence to deal with architects and engineers
