Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking a Site Manager for an exciting hotel project in Westport, Mayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fitout and finishing stages of the project. The preferred candidate will possess experience in fitout or finishing work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in fitout or finishing work.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion within the specified timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Ensure the fitout and finishing work meets the required standards and specifications.
