SSP is a large construction contractor who specialises in a big civil projects. Originally founded in the UK we have expanded to Ireland over the past few years.
We also provide services in M&E, fit-outs, facilities etc.
Due to the expansion of projects we are now looking for a Site Manager to join our team, managing projects throughout the Dublin region.
We are offering a salary package of €60 to €70k with car and fuel card included.

Responsibilities Include:

• · Carry out all duties in a professional and competent manner.
• · Ensure the safe, effective and timely delivery of all site operational aspects of the project.
• · Be responsible for the day-to-day short-term planning of projects, ensuring key elements are delivered safely, in line with specifications and on time, and that project delivery is consistent with our strategy, goals and quality standards.
• · Leading by example, you’ll oversee positive and effective communication between our site delivery, design and supply chain teams and ensure compliance with Business Processes as defined within the BMS, as well as health and safety standards.
• · Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and any other key personnel.
• · Oversee defect management and inspection regimes.
• · Assist with the production of the Site Environmental Plan
• · Contribute to the review of construction detailing.
• · Ensure that the Design and Procurement Schedule is reviewed and verified.
• · Produce progress reports.
• · Any other Adhoc duties that may apply.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager in a construction capacity.
• Great team management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• A qualification in a construction capacity an advantage.
