Experienced Site Manager required for a long term Construction Build Contracts near Luton, Cambridge,and Greater London Area
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and coordination of works.
Manage all trades and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Monitor and control programme, quality, and cost performance.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, and quality documentation.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Manage materials, logistics, and site setup.
Enforce site rules and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Lead and motivate the workforce to maintain high morale and productivity.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations, and site practices.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Certification – essential.
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black Card – desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Competent in reporting progress and managing programme.
IT-literate (email, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
Excellent Opportunity in a long term contract
The Contract may involve spending a bit of time in a no of different jobs in this area Transport expenses and lodge provided where necessary

Pay: £280.00-£330.00 per day
