JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager with EWI Experience to oversee operations on a refurb construction site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This job will run until November, however there is further works available with the same company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
