Site Manager JOB SUMMARY Foreman Program and Construction Managers, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager in our Pittsburgh area office. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to use all estimating, scheduling and management programs. Will be at job site full time. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management experience is required for commercial, educational and institutional projects. Must have experience in all phases of construction. LEED certifications are a plus. Experience with sustainable construction. Experience with carbon neutral construction. Must have a passion for reducing the negative effects that buildings have on the environment.
