The Role: You will be the backbone of an 86-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Project Base Section 42 and Tax Credit combo. The ideal candidate must be skilled in working with client services and a diverse population to include long-term homeless and disabled clients. We encourage candidates who are bilingual in English and Somali to apply, as this is helpful in serving our resident population. Your day-to-day will involve: Rent Collection: Receive and deposit rent payments & initiate late rent notices Staff Supervision: Monitor performance & approve timecards Leasing: Market property and work with applicants from tours through move-in Certifications: Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programs Oversee Property: Ensure a clean, safe environment is provided for residents and staff Requirements What We're Looking For: Experience: 2 years of property management experience that included leasing, staff supervision, working with service providers, long-term homeless and Coordinated Entry. Skills: Excellent customer service, administrative, clerical, verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as well as multi-task. Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must. Software Programs: Yardi & Rent Café experience a plus. EOE
