Tricon is looking for an experienced Site Manager . Tricon is a commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor established in 2016
They have a healthy projected workflow and are looking to expand their already talented and experienced team. We are currently working on a complex telecoms reconfiguration project, in Dublin city center as the telecoms operations remain live and we have a complex medical refurbishment project scheduled to commence in Q4 of this year.
You would be working directly with our Contracts Director and Project team. A great opportunity to join a growing company who has secured a lot of projects and will provide ongoing support, a competitive salary and excellent work life balance. (Typical working week is 39.5 hours)

SKILLS:

Site Management Trade or professional background Industrial

• Responsible for the day to day running of the site
• Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality
• Managing Subcontractors and Suppliers, operational staff and personnel on site
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Implementing Daily and Weekly programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors
