We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Site Manager to take ownership of our site, part of the UK’s largest independent group of plumbing & heating merchants.
This is a rare opportunity to run your own site with the full autonomy to make local decisions on stock, sales, pricing, people, and performance - without corporate red tape. You’ll lead from the front, grow your customer base, manage your team, and drive profit like it’s your own business.

· Leading all day-to-day operations of the site
· Setting local strategy to drive sales, customer growth, and margin
· Managing the site team across sales, warehouse, admin and delivery
· Building strong relationships with local trade customers and key accounts
· Controlling stock profiles, purchasing, site overheads and forecasting
· Ensuring safety, compliance, and presentation standards across the site
· Developing your team through hands-on leadership and coaching
