SITE MANAGER

Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor leading in fit-out practices?

Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of the project team and work closely with their contracts manager and quantity surveyor.
  • Control the opening and closing of their site, (site depending)
  • Ensure health and safety policy/regulations are always upheld.
  • Control site set up to ensure site is always presentable and user friendly.
  • Read, understand and Co-ordinate relevant site drawings with sub-contractors.
  • Read and understand project program and execute accordingly.
  • Keep relevant compulsory site documentation up to date, e.g., daily plant and equipment checks, inductions, site attendance, hot works, accidents, or incidents etc.
  • Conduct morning briefings with subcontractors daily to ensure the site is coordinated.
  • Communicate well with clients and site visitors.
  • Be commercially aware to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible.
  • Have a keen eye for Quality and detail at an early stage to ensure the finished project is of the highest standards expected by Clients.
  • Be able to perform basic IT skills, e.g., emails, use of snagging app, navigate our document control system (training will be provided)
