VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a leading residential contractor.

• Ensure detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to – regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites.
• Lead and coordinate the site team – providing overall site management, guidance and support to the team.

• Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
• Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.
