SITE MANAGER

Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a specialist commercial and residential construction company.

• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Liaise with all levels of management
• Lead toolbox talks
• Conduct risk assessments
• Adhere to construction drawings
• Ability to perform on residential projects
• Day to day site Management of busy development to include materials and site personnel inclusive of sub-contractors.
• Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers subcontractors and house purchasers to ensure delivery of turn key homes are met.
