REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience managing residential or commercial builds
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
• Coordinate tradespeople, materials, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and health & safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum
