THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and finish. This role involves overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining strict health & safety compliance, and ensuring seamless project execution from start to completion.
This Role is for a new site in Notting Hill which will be finished to the highest quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee super-prime residential and high-end commercial construction projects
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, detailing, and finishing
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure excellence in craftsmanship
• Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, and designers to achieve client vision
• Provide strong leadership to the site team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence
