On-Site-Manager (m/w/d)

for an exciting major client project in Vechta.

• You will be the operational contact person for our major client directly on site.
• Together with the team, you will recruit and mentor new colleagues.
• You plan operations, manage processes, and keep an eye on quality.
• You lead, motivate, and support your team in their daily work.
• You conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• You also handle administrative tasks reliably and in a structured manner.

You bring the following:

• Initial experience in personnel services, personnel consulting or recruitment
• Knowledge in the field of human resources – especially in recruitment and employee support
• You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and think in a service-oriented manner.
• You are keen to work together as a team to make a difference.
• Even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview and work in a structured manner.
