Your tasks

• Independent management, control and monitoring of exciting and varied construction projects in building construction and civil engineering.
• Coordination of subcontractors and internally involved departments
• Monitoring of occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Controlling, measurement and invoice verification, as well as change order and defect management
• Documentation of construction progress and support with invoicing

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training or studies in civil engineering/architecture (e.g., civil engineer, technician or master builder)
• Experience in construction management in building construction and civil engineering is desirable.
• Good technical understanding and an eye for the essentials
• Independent and structured work style – combined with team spirit
• Proficient in using MS Office and ideally construction-specific software
• Driving licence class B
•
