Job description:
We are looking for a carpenter/master carpenter (m/f/d) as a technical employee in our company.
Construction Management, CAD Design, Work Preparation
Your tasks include:
- Work preparation: Creation of CAD plans, CAD programs: (SEMA and Hundegger Cambium), quantity surveying, material planning, and scheduling
- **Construction Management:** Coordination of construction sites, instruction of carpenters, and quality control
- **Costing:** Preparation of quotations, customer consultation, and invoicing of construction services
- **Energy efficiency and structural engineering:** Participation in structural engineering calculations and fire protection
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or further education as a timber construction technician, master carpenter, or comparable qualification
- Experience in structural timber construction is desirable
- Proficient use of CAD programs
- Technical understanding as well as a structured and independent work style
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a commitment to quality
