Job Description: Job Title: Injection Area Manager Main responsibilities: - Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.- Coaches and develops team leaders, to ensure maximum efficiency on shifts. - Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the Injection Moulding process.- As a process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management(process review, KPIs management, procedure review, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed & resources provision for process realization)taking into consideration relevant requirements & its evolution.- 12 IPIs with specific focus on injection area (CNQ, RFT, Moulding Scrap, Standards & Network). - Taking part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities. - Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions. - Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team. Skills:Injection Process, Injection expert, automotive, customer & result oriented, communication and leadership. Experience: 15-20 Yrs Location: Badhalwadi, Pune.

Responsibilities

The Injection Area Manager is responsible for developing and implementing injection manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and plant objectives. They will also coach team leaders and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency in the Injection Moulding process.
