JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, analyzing, and implementing HVAC systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all HVAC systems are efficient, sustainable, and comply with industry standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA, LEED).

    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HVAC: 4 years (Required)
  • Site Mechanical Engineer: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping design using software tools such as HAP, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
  • Perform site inspections and system commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend improvements.
  • Provide project cost estimations and material take-offs.
  • Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies and best practices.
