• Supervision of mechanical works related to high-rise buildings (towers).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and prepare technical reports.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

المهام الوظيفية:

• الإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية المتعلقة بالمباني الشاهقة (الأبراج).
• التأكد من مطابقة الأعمال للمواصفات الفنية والمعايير ومتطلبات السلامة.
• التنسيق المقاولين subcontractors لضمان حسن التنفيذ.
• مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية، واعتمادات المواد، وطرق التنفيذ.
• متابعة تقدم الأعمال في الموقع، وإجراء الفحوصات، وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
• الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة التكييف والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
• خبرة عملية مثبتة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على مشاريع الأبراج.
• معرفة قوية بالمعايير والأنظمة الإنشائية في دولة الإمارات.
• مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
• القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وإدارة أنشطة متعددة في الموقع.
