Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to identify potential health issues among site personnel.
• Administer first aid and emergency medical care promptly and efficiently to ensure the safety of all workers.
• Collaborate with site management to develop and implement health and safety protocols tailored to the unique environment of the worksite.
• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification in a healthcare-related field.
• Current nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing or in a similar industrial setting.
• Experience in emergency response and first aid management, preferably in a high-risk environment.
