CCB Sheet Steel Limited, a steel stockholding company, is pleased to announce we are looking to bring on a new team member for an on-site Site & Operational Manager position.
This role will operate as the Site & Operational Manager for the Northern Ireland branch, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The role is On-Site (remote work not available)

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of all operational activities across logistics, warehousing, facilities, equipment, and staff for the Northern Ireland branch.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team with a focus on clear communication, accountability, and alignment with company objectives. Provide feedback, training, and support to the team in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Manage, develop, and improve Health and Safety systems, risk assessments, and equipment monitoring.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, including policies and procedures for the company overall.
• Collaborate with the sales and accounts departments to meet customer needs and expectations, and maintain cash flow requirements
• Support and participate in both internal and external audits, and stock checks.
