Our NYC lot is a key operational hub, and we’re seeking a dedicated Site Operations Lead (m/f/d) to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient bus arrivals and departures, and leading our temporary agents to deliver an exceptional customer experience. About the Role Supervise the daily operations of the bus lot, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely bus arrivals and departures. Manage the scheduling for all staff, including temporary agents, to ensure optimal coverage and high service levels. Lead customer service efforts, promptly addressing and resolving passenger complaints and inquiries. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Train and mentor temporary agents, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance. Monitor and improve lot performance, ensuring agent productivity and a high standard of service by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both employees and passengers. Communicate regularly with management to report on operations, staffing needs, and opportunities for improvement. About You 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage, motivate, and support a team effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback. Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle unexpected challenges in a dynamic setting. Willingness to work on-site at our NYC lot with a preferred schedule of Thurs-Monday, 9am-5pm, including weekends and holidays as needed Annual compensation range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
