Ryedale Auctioneers, one of North Yorkshire’s most respected auction houses, is looking for a capable, energetic Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations across the auction house, on-site café, and storage facilities. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic and ever-evolving environment that brings together history, craftsmanship, and community.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Site Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate all daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly—from the moment the doors open to the final lot of the day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operations & Logistics
• Team Leadership & Staff Development
• Customer & Consignor Engagement
• Financial & Administrative Oversight
• Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Health & Safety / Facility Management
