Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) site based in Singapore.

The role:
As the Site Operations Manager, you’ll have full operational oversight of the Singapore facility, acting as the senior representative for all internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading site operations across all functional areas (direct and indirect teams), with line management responsibilities.
• Planning and forecasting capacity, resources, and financials to ensure site efficiency and delivery performance.
• Resolving operational and customer issues, collaborating closely with global teams across the US and UK as needed.
• Managing regulatory compliance, acting as the primary liaison for authorities such as CAAS, FAA, EASA, and CAAC.
• Driving customer satisfaction across the APAC region through performance reporting and presence at regional industry events.
• Owning the site’s P&L and reporting into Ontic’s Rest of World division.
• Leading annual budgeting, resource planning, and integration of new product introductions through licensing or acquisition.
• Working with Ontic’s global OEM teams to ensure cross-site alignment and support.

About you:

You’re a confident, capable operations leader with experience in aviation MRO and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and customer expectations in the aerospace sector.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in an operational environment (aviation MRO strongly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of CAAS regulations and working familiarity with Part-145 and/or 14-CFR requirements.
• Experience working with avionics or electronic products in an MRO setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing teams and building cross-regional relationships.
