You will lead a multidisciplinary team on site, managing assets to ensure they are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business, and driving the adoption of best practices to exceed client expectations.You’ll be working on a large multi function site, and experience of delivering services within a Heavy Manufacturing or production site would be beneficial.This is a High Growth Account, providing opportunities for development and growth within the role.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure the delivery of Soft Services, Cleaning, Catering, Site Services, Site Logistics. Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Washroom Hygiene on site.
• Managing Staff, Health and Safety and Compliance of the site
• Interact with the teams daily – to ensure clear communication / develop at one team ethic in service delivery delivering
• Ensure client satisfaction through improving relationships and service
• Manage budgets to maintain and achieve financial targets
• Identify cost saving opportunities for the client
• Utilise Sodexo software and systems, for example, UDC, SAP, SMS, Leanpath, Kronos
• Unit audit scores, cleaning audits, HACCP audits, Environmental Health and Safeguard
• Recruit, induct and motivate, manage, train and develop all employees following HR policies and guidelines
