JOB INTRODUCTION

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative (Armoury) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include ensuring security at the armoury, cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

Shifts run between: 06:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Sunday. On Call is required every other week for emergency calls only.
Hours of work: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
Annual Allowances: This role attracts a £5,175.12 shift allowance, this has been added to the overall salary
Location: Brunswick Training Camp, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ

• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Security duties at the Armoury
• Cleaning of the facilities
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided)
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
