Be the Backbone of Recycling: Join Us as a Site Operative Location: East Grinstead Salary: £12.40 per hour Working Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday Working Hours: Winter hours (October to March): 08:45 to 16:15 Summer hours (April to September): 08:45 to 18:15 A quick look at the role. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community. Your core responsibilities. Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively. Keep the site clean, safe, and organized. Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site. Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible.
