EDUCATION:

  • Project Management, Supply Chain Degree Level or Equivalent, with relevant engineering and/or industrial experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain or project management
  • Proficient in MS office applications, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate, facilitate and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
  • Coordinating cross-functional team meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities against agreed timelines.
  • Experience in using ERP systems (for example SAP, LN.10)
Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans E2E for supply chain projects, including but not limited to scoping, planning, resourcing, executing and reporting
  • Coordinating cross-functional team meetings to ensure buy-in and timely execution of project plan.
  • Develop and maintain the overall program schedule, action tracker and risk register.
  • Preparing reports on project status and communicating this to the respective stakeholder
  • Maintain & develop logistic/supply chain master data, PFEP and inventory model/strategy
  • Identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
  • Manage and assess requirements changes, determining and covering the impact on the budget, time, and risk.
  • Take the initiative to timely raise concerns and risks that will potentially cause deviation from plans.
