We’re looking for a Site Project Administrator to join our team and continue to grow the Operations department. This term position is at our job site approximately 1 hour west of Flin Flon, Manitoba and is expected to last 6 - 8 months starting approximately September 24, 2025. There is a possibility of this position becoming permanent. The position is demanding but rewarding and under the general supervision of the Project Manager.

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be a Canadian citizen.
  • Work rotation 14 days in, 14 days out
  • Camp accommodations provided while working at site
  • Own transportation is required, or bussing provided from Prince Albert, SK or Saskatoon, SK
  • Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset
  • Experience working in the industrial construction industry is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
  • Proven team player
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize Manager’s paper flow
  • Prepare and track all project logs such as Drawings, RFI’s, Change Order’s
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Utilize reports to monitor project succession
  • Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
  • Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
  • Enters employee time and creates daily LEMS for client approval
  • Assist each Project on administration duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned.
