THE ROLE:

As a Projects Engineer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engineering projects that drive operational excellence across our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You’ll bring your technical know-how and project management experience to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that support our continuous improvement strategy.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Kendal.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Plan and implement assigned engineering projects, from concept to completion.
• Define project scopes and objectives in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource schedules.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance (including RAMS and PPE standards).
• Manage all project documentation and administrative tasks.
• Track budgets and report performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring product legality, quality, and authenticity.
