Description:
The Project Manager for Site Installation and Team Management will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of furniture products at customer sites. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of installers, coordinating installation schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of installers to ensure efficient and effective completion of installation projects.
2. Develop installation plans and schedules in coordination with production, logistics, and sales teams.
3. Conduct on-site visits to assess installation requirements, confirm measurements, and address any potential challenges.
4. Ensure that all installations are executed according to company standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
5. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, as needed, to support installation activities.
6. Monitor project progress, identify issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to communicate project updates, address customer concerns, and provide regular status reports.
8. Conduct post-installation inspections to verify quality standards and customer satisfaction.
9. Manage inventory of installation materials, tools, and equipment to support ongoing projects.
10. Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the installation team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as project management, construction management, or interior design) preferred.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or interior design industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of installers.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of furniture installation techniques, construction methods, and building codes.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
8. Willingness to travel to various job sites for on-site supervision and project coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
